本文通过对乡镇企业各层次人员人力资本特点的分析,提出了符合我国乡镇企业实际情况的人力资本激励机制。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of human capital in all levels of township enterprises, this paper puts forward the incentive mechanism of human capital in line with the actual conditions of the township enterprises in our country.
