大学生党员是我党的生力军和后备军,是职业院校学生群体中的优秀分子,是学校教育和管理的中坚力量。如何对职业院校学生预备党员的教育和管理,是学校党建工作的重要内容,也是党务工作者的重要任务之一。我们认为,职业院校的学生预备党员的教育和管理工作,应结合职业院校教学和学生自身的特点,找准切入点,把学生预备党员的教育管理和学生顶岗实习有机结合起来,加强与学生预备党员实习单位的沟通,确保职业院校学生党员的发展质量。
The college student party members are the vital forces and reserve forces of our party, the outstanding members of the student groups in vocational colleges and the backbone of school education and management. How to educate and manage student reserve party members in vocational colleges is an important part of Party building in schools and one of the important tasks of party workers. In our opinion, the education and management of students’ reserve party members in vocational schools should be based on the teaching of vocational schools and the characteristics of students themselves, identify the starting points and organically integrate the education management of student reserve members with the internship of students. Students prepare members internship communication units to ensure the quality of development of student party members in vocational colleges.
