松花江地区粮油科技学会召开第二届第二次理事会,由理事长张颖伯同志主持,双城、五常、尚志、巴彦、木兰、通河、延寿等市县和直属单位的理事,并邀请省粮油科技学会的同志参加,共44人。 会议总结了九五年学会工作,研究部署九六年工作要点。会上畅谈了九五年学会在科教兴粮低潮的艰难情况,坚持科教兴粮的宗旨,紧紧围绕党的中心工作,将粮油科技与粮油经济紧密结合,取得了重大科技成果,推动了粮食企业科技进步。这一年全区有重大发展明3项,技术改造项,五小活动362项,合理化建议342条,培训科技人员1,403人次,交流科技论文42篇。

During the year, there were 3 major development projects, 362 technological transformation projects, 36 small-scale activities, 342 rationalization proposals, 1,403 scientific and technological personnel trainings and 42 scientific and technological papers.
