浙江日报大抓先进、大鼓干劲根据省委的指示和1958年报纸工作的经验,浙江日报在1959年争取更大更好更全面的跃进的宣传报道工作中,以大抓先进、大鼓干劲作为最突出的中心任务。浙江日报在1958年的宣传报道工作中所取得的主要经验是:总结、宣传和推广先进事物和先进经验,推动各项工作大跃进。具体地说,这就是:抓先进,树立标兵,指明方向,传播经验,鼓舞干劲;抓对比,摆出矛盾,解决矛盾,督促落后,赶上先进;抓竞赛,交流经验,互相协作,你追我赶,共同提高;抓检查,解决问题,越做越细,不断革命,不断提高。
