语文教师教育具有很强的实践性和情境性。小学语文教师培养急需对接课程标准和专业标准,搭建高校、小学和社会深度融合的实践共同体育人场域,建构包括教学目标、内容、方法 (手段)、管理和质量监控的多维度实践教学体系,形成全过程、全方位、多元主体的实践育人长效机制。还需要整合现实实践场域中所有的课程元素,统筹所有实践教学环节,通过实践与反思,不断生成实践性知识、实践性智慧和实践性能力,培养出具有高度责任感、较强实践能力和富有创新精神的反思性小学语文教师。
