目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定止咳祛痰颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:色谱柱:Bondpack C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH2.7)(5:100),检测波长:210 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.160~1.600μg范围内,其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.76%(RSD=0.54%)。结论:该方法能消除其他成分的干扰,准确可靠,重复性好,操作简便快捷,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhike Qutan Granules. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Bondpack C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L -1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid) (5: 100), detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results: The injection volume of ephedrine hydrochloride was in the range of 0.160-1.600 μg with a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.76% (RSD = 0.54%). Conclusion: The method can eliminate the interference of other components, accurate and reliable, good repeatability, simple and quick operation, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
