以人为本是我党的大政方针,它的提出是新的历史时期我党对群众史观的坚持,在实践中贯彻“以人为本”是在新的历史条件下坚持党的群众观点和群众路线,“以人为本”的实质是以最广大人民的根本利益为本。
Putting people first is the major policy of our party. Its proposition is the adherence of our party to the concept of mass history in the new historical period. In practice, implementing “people-oriented” is the party’s mass viewpoint and mass line under the new historical conditions. The essence of “people-oriented” is based on the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.
