通过对露天矿表层铣削机铣削运动的理论分析,建立了刀具铣削受力计算的数学模型。计算出了刀具在铣削过程中的铣削受力,分析了主要影响参数之间的关系,得出了在给定条件下刀具参数对刀具铣削受力的影响关系。
Through the theoretical analysis of the milling movement of the surface mine milling machine, the mathematic model of the milling force calculation of the milling machine is established. The milling force of the tool during milling was calculated. The relationship between the main influencing parameters was analyzed and the relationship between the tool parameters and the force of milling was given under the given conditions.
