目的探讨剖宫产产后出血的原因及临床特点。方法以我院2007年1月至2009年12月91例剖宫产产后出血患者为研究组,以我院同期行剖宫产未发生出血者2157例为对照组。比较分析2组

目的探讨剖宫产产后出血的原因及临床特点。方法以我院2007年1月至2009年12月91例剖宫产产后出血患者为研究组,以我院同期行剖宫产未发生出血者2157例为对照组。比较分析2组患者产科情况,总结分析研究组产后出血量、出血原因和治疗方法。结果本组剖宫产产后出血91例,占同期剖宫产总数的4.05%,经积极治疗,无一例死亡;研究组平均年龄、多胎妊娠及伴有合并症比例显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;剖宫产产后出血原因主要有宫缩乏力、胎盘因素及手术因素3类,其构成比分别为60.33%、24.18%和5.49%;结论
