以权高砧和积低砧温州蜜柑宫川品种为试材,分析比较了越冬期间叶片淀粉和可溶性糖的含量变化、不饱和脂肪酸的组成、枝梢与叶片组织的电解质渗出率。结果表明权高砧植株淀粉及可溶性糖的含量、脂肪酸的IUFA值、亚麻酸/(亚油酸十油酸)值均与植株抗寒性加强相关;而枝、叶组织在一15’C低温处理下的电解质渗出率则明显降低。该研究结果从生理生化的角度进一步查明了积高砧抗寒的原因。
Taking the high rootstocks and the low rootstocks, Wenzhou Citrus Gonguanchuan varieties as materials, the changes of starch and soluble sugar content, the composition of unsaturated fatty acids, the electrolyte exudation rate of shoots and leaves were analyzed and compared during the winter. The results showed that the content of starch and soluble sugar, the IUFA value of fatty acids and the linolenic acid / (linoleic acid-10-oleic acid) values were all correlated with plant cold resistance. Electrolyte leakage was significantly reduced under treatment. The results from the physiological and biochemical point of view to further identify the reasons for the high anvil cold hardiness.
