民间体育游戏属于我国的非物质文化遗产,在体育教学中合理安排民间体育游戏有助于提高教学质量。结合当前中职学校体育教学工作的现状,分析民间体育游戏的特点和在教学过程中的运用,对如何更好地在体育教学中应用民间体育游戏提出合理化的建议。
Folk sports games belong to the intangible cultural heritage of our country. It is helpful to improve the teaching quality by arranging folk sports games reasonably in physical education. Combined with the current situation of PE teaching in secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzes the characteristics of non-governmental sports games and its application in the teaching process, and puts forward suggestions on how to better rationalize PE games in PE teaching.
