体育运动对提升大学生心理健康具有重要的作用,随着大学生心理问题的逐渐增多,培养大学生的健康心理尤为重要,体育运动以其独特的优势促进了大学生心理健康。本文就大学生心理健康与体育运动的关系进行扼要探讨。
Sports plays an important role in improving the mental health of college students. With the gradual increase of college students’ psychological problems, it is very important to cultivate the healthy psychology of college students. Physical education promotes the mental health of college students with its unique advantages. This article briefly discusses the relationship between college students’ mental health and sports activities.
