目的了解湖沼地区感染性钉螺分布特点,为制定湖沼地区血吸虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集荆州市2006~2010年9个县市区上报的阳性螺点资料,采用秩相关分析对感染性钉螺分布进行相关分析。结果 2006~2010年感染性螺点处数逐年减少,年间比较下降率为1.37%~37.35%。感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,处数构成比87.89%~90.85%,沟渠和河滩感染性钉螺平均密度高于其他环境。感染性螺点主要分布在居民点500 m范围内,距居民点100~400 m范围内感染螺平均密度最高,经秩相关分析,感染螺平均密度与居民距离呈负相关。结论感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,居民点500 m范围内有螺环境为高危易感地带。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of Incontinen in lakes and marshes and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in lakes and lakes. Methods Positive spiral point data collected from 9 counties and cities in Jingzhou City from 2006 to 2010 were collected, and rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the distribution of infectious snails. Results The number of infected spiral spots decreased from 2006 to 2010, with a decreasing rate of 1.37% -37.35% over the years. Infectious snails were dominated by ditches, accounting for 87.89% -90.85% of the total. The average density of infected snails in ditches and beaches was higher than that of other environments. Infectious snails were mainly distributed within 500 m of settlements, with the highest average density of infected snails within the range of 100-400 m from settlements. By rank correlation analysis, the average density of infected snails was negatively correlated with the distance from residents. Conclusion The distribution of infectious snails is dominated by ditches, with the conch environment within 500 m of settlements being a high-risk and susceptible zone.
