在自喷井、气举井的生产管理中,编制多相垂直管流压降梯度计算软件和备有一套压力曲线图板具有同等重要的应用价值。从精度上考虑,前者更显优越。 本文介绍目前公认较为精确的,区分流动型态的Orkiszewski计算油管压力分布和井底流压的方法所编成的程序。该程序首先判别各压力区间的流动型态,然后选用不同的混气液平均重度和摩擦压降公式来计算油管内的压降梯度,最后算出各压力区间的深度差。该程序采用迭代法解决了油管内温度分布的问题,从而取得较高的精度。本文还介绍了用分段抛物线插值法由计算机自动读取高压物线参数的程序,可提高运算速度和精度。
In the self-injection wells, gas well production management, the preparation of multi-phase vertical flow pressure gradient calculation software and prepare a set of pressure curve plate has the same important application value. Considered from the accuracy, the former is more superior. This article presents a procedure that is currently considered to be more accurate and differentiates Orkiszewski’s method of calculating tubing pressure distribution and bottom hole flow pressure. The program first determine the flow pattern of each pressure interval, and then use different gas mixture average severity and friction pressure drop formula to calculate the pressure gradient within the tubing, and finally calculate the depth of the pressure difference between the interval. The program uses an iterative method to solve the problem of temperature distribution in the tubing to achieve higher accuracy. This paper also introduces the procedure of using sub-parabola interpolation method to automatically read the parameters of high-pressure line by computer, which can improve the speed and precision of operation.
