On November 17, 2014, Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province held a ceremony to celebrate the donation of Autodesk software of 7.5 million yuan to Dezhou Technician College and Dezhou Sifang Senior Technical School. Bi Lianli, executive vice president of China Vocational Services Association and deputy director of the Occupational Skill Testing Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, attended the donation ceremony and donated software to two mechanics and technical colleges in Texas respectively. The ceremony was presided over by Chen Qing, deputy director of Dezhou Bureau of Human Resources and Social Sciences. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in cooperation with Autodesk Corporation of the United States, accepted the company’s $ 50 million software support. The China Vocational Association selected selected units from technical institutions in the country to carry out technical personnel, especially compound technology
