参照抑制增强试验,用鲎试剂法检查注射用促肝细胞生长素的细菌内毒素,并与兔法检查热原平行对比,共检查样品256批,两法合格率的符合率为92.2％。
With reference to the inhibition enhancement test, the bacterial endotoxin of hepatocyte growth-promoting factor for injection was examined by a limulus reagent method and compared with the rabbit method for pyrogen test. A total of 256 batches of samples were examined. The coincidence rate of the two methods was 92.2%.
