1979年7月6日我县某大队多人误食含有博落回生物碱的蜂渣”,引起中毒,现报告如下: 一般情况:共108人误服,82人发病,年龄最小者3岁,最大者61岁。未发病者一般吃蜂渣量较少(多在25克以下)且体格健壮。潜伏期:最短者2小时,最长者48小时,多在5小时内发病。临床症状及体征:病情较轻者出现头晕、恶心、呕吐、胃烧灼感及四肢麻木、乏力;病情较重者还出现烦躁、嗜睡、昏迷、精神异常、心律失常及阿—斯综合征。心电图检查:2例做了该项检查。1例表现为阵发性心动过速、心室颤动,另1例为多发性室性早搏,呈二联律。治疗及病程:大部分病人均就地治疗,轻者给予口服甘草绿豆汤,重者给予输液,烦躁及有精神症状者给予鲁米那
