山东省昌邑市柳疃镇位于昌邑市区正北、渤海莱洲湾南岸,镇域总面积324.7平方公里,其中浅海面积100平方公里,辖72个行政村,户籍人口4.8万,常驻人口7.8万。是全国重点镇、全国文明镇、国家小城镇经济综合开发示范镇、山东省中心镇、山东省“百镇建设示范行动”示范镇、山东省产业化驱动城镇化十强镇、山东纺织印染产业第一镇、山东省小城镇建设示范镇、潍坊市扩权强镇改革试点镇。2014年,全镇实现财政总收入3.95亿元,农民人均纯收入17630元。
