秘书人员作为领导的参谋和助手,所涉及的工作范围十分广泛。秘书以自身职能发挥的枢纽作用将上下、内外、左右各个方面联系和协调起来,使其正常运转,从而创造着劳动价值。本文单就秘书劳动创造经济价值问题作一些探索。按照政治经济学的观点,价值有两个方面的含义:一是指凝结在商品中的社会必要劳动,即商品所含的价值量。二是指劳动的作用、效果、意义,即劳动的结果。秘书的全部工作
As a staff officer and assistant to the leadership, secretarial staff covers a wide range of work.
