我们研制的可控硅步进式控制器(以下简称顺控器),在柳州钢铁厂无缝车间和武钢耐火材料厂试制成功后,又经过了一段时间的运行,效果良好,深受工人的欢迎。实践证明,这种控制器对提高产量、质量和减轻劳动强度都具有显著的效果。“顺控器”如何才能长期稳定、可靠的用于生产?这是大家迫切关心的问题。我们经过几年的试验,初步找到了可行的途径。要使一个“顺控器”不是作为一个展览品,而是能真正用于生产,它必须具备下列三个条件:(1)、功能好,可靠性强;(2)、结构简单,便于维修;(3)、初投资少,元件好买。在试制工作中,这三个条件往往是相互矛盾着的,但只要认真研究是可以解决的。下面对SCR控制器的各部分作以说明:
