目的调查南平市公共场所集中空调系统卫生状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法根据WS394-2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》于2014年对南平市10家酒店、超市进行现场调查和集中空调通风系统风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数及冷凝水、冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的检测。结果风管内表面积尘量和积尘中细菌总数合格率均为80%,积尘中真菌总数合格率为50%。20份空调冷却水和冷凝水中检出嗜肺军团菌Lp5型菌株1株,合格率为95%。结论南平市中央空调风管内积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数、嗜肺军团菌均有超标,应加强公共场所中央空调系统的卫生监督管理。
Objective To investigate the health status of central air conditioning system in public places in Nanping City and provide the basis for health management. Methods Based on the WS394-2012 “Code of Hygienic Practice for Central Ventilation and Ventilation Systems in Public Places”, on-site investigation was conducted on 10 hotels and supermarkets in Nanping in 2014, and the amount of dust on the inner surface of the air duct of the air-conditioning and ventilation system, the total number of bacteria, fungi and condensed water, Detection of Legionella pneumophila in water. Results The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct and the total number of bacteria in the dust were all 80%, and the total number of fungi in the dust was 50%. 20 strains of L. pneumophila Lp5 were detected in 20 air-conditioned cooling water and condensate water, with a pass rate of 95%. Conclusion Nanping central air-conditioning duct dust accumulation, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi, Legionella pneumophila exceeded, public health centers should strengthen the supervision and management of air-conditioning systems.
