一、概况十年以前日本轧钢加热炉的燃料单耗一般均在0.5×10~6kcal/T以上,在此期间由于二次石油危机的形势所逼和努力节能的结果,到1981年轧钢加热炉的燃料单耗已降低到0.3×× x 106kcal/T左右,而且由于正在普及热装和直接轧制,这些加热炉的燃料单耗已出现了低于0.1~0.2×10~6kcal/T的水平,所以全日本轧钢加热炉的燃料单耗还有不断下降的趋势。如以日本配合热轧带钢轧机的加热炉为例,燃料单耗逐年下降的情况见图
