本文研究了水稻植株感染稻瘟病菌后体内生化物质的变化。芽期分别接种稻瘟病菌小种 ZC3和 ZB15,于1叶包心期测定稻苗的蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的活性、过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的变化。结果表明,芽期接种后,感病品种体内过氧化物酶活性的提高最为显著。36个栽培品种和4个生理小种的验征试验,进一步说明了稻芽接种后1叶包心期的过氧化物酶活性,可以作为鉴定品种抗病性的依据;并提出了应用这种鉴定方法的具体方案。
