本文提出了一种估计缺口前端三轴应力状态的方法。就C-Mn结构钢的四种恰贝(Charpy)试样,试验了缺口前端的应变场分布特征;实验确定的空穴增长规律能够合理地用于估计恰贝试样缺口前端的三轴应力状态。结果表明预制疲劳裂纹和侧槽明显地增加了试样的几何拘束,试样拘束的增加能导致缺口前端纵向应变扬奇异性的减弱。
This paper presents a method to estimate the triaxial stress state at the front of the notch. Four kinds of Charpy specimens of C-Mn structural steel were tested for the strain field distribution in the front of the notch. The experimentally determined hole growth law can be reasonably used to estimate the triaxial stress at the front of the notch status. The results show that the prefabricated fatigue cracks and side grooves obviously increase the geometrical restraint of the specimen, and the increase of the restraint of the specimen can lead to the weakened of the longitudinal strain in the front of the notch.
