目的探讨超声检查在宫外孕临床诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析我院140例可疑宫外孕超声检查情况,将超声结果与临床病理以及随访资料进行对比。结果 140可疑病例中,经临床手术及保守治疗最后确诊124例,假阳性4.8%,假阴性2.6%,诊断准确率为88.5%。其中,流产型12例,破裂型54例,未破裂型22例,陈旧型42例。结论超声检查在宫外孕诊断中能够提供有价值的信息,可对绝大部分宫外孕进行准确诊断。检查迅速且无痛苦、无创伤,可作妇产科急症首选的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 140 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy in our hospital ultrasound, ultrasound results and clinical pathology and follow-up data were compared. Results Among the 140 suspicious cases, 124 cases were confirmed by clinical operation and conservative treatment. The false positive rate was 4.8%, false negative rate was 2.6%, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 88.5%. Of these, 12 were abortion, 54 were rupture, 22 were unruptured, and 42 were obsolete. Conclusion Ultrasonography can provide valuable information in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which can accurately diagnose the vast majority of ectopic pregnancy. Check quickly and without pain, no trauma, gynecological emergency for the preferred method of inspection.
