我厂1976年安装使用一台5L一50/16型空气压缩机,多年来曲轴电机端轴封一直向外泄漏润滑油,油甩在电讥内,使绕组上积满油污,电机温度升高,每年至少用汽油清洗一次,反复清洗导致电机绝缘老化。我们曾采取在曲轴箱门孔板上开呼吸孔。重新制造油封环等措施,但未能解决问题。1991年元月,我们对轴封的重要部件压盖进行修改。原压盖中轴孔壁车有环形油槽二道。其中一道底部钻有直径4mm回油孔二个,另一槽内无孔。修理方法是:1.在已钻孔的环形槽底部二孔中间加钻一直径6mm孔,原二孔也扩为直径6mm。2.在另一槽中也增钻相同之三孔。钻孔原理是:利用原环形槽增加一道回油防线;扩孔后使润滑油能尽快地经回油孔流入下部油池,缩
