为了提高建筑工程质量和文明施工水平,进一步提高城市环境质量,给广大市民营造安静、优美的生活环境。自建设部1996年印发《关于加快预拌混凝土发展的若干意见的通知》,2003年商务部、公安部、建设部、交通部《关于限期禁止在城市现场搅拌混凝土的通知》后,预拌混凝土生产企业如雨后春笋般的成立起来,预拌混凝土得到了广泛的、大量的应用。但是,确保混凝土的质量,是减少工程质量事故发生、财产损失和人员伤亡的关键因素之一。因此加强对预拌混凝土生产的质量控制,势在必行。
In order to improve the quality of construction projects and the level of civilized construction, we will further improve the quality of urban environments and create a quiet and beautiful living environment for the general public. Since 1996, the Ministry of Construction issued the “Circular on Accelerating the Readiness of Premixed Concrete”, and in 2003, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Communications issued the “Notice on prohibiting the mixing of concrete in urban areas within a certain period of time.” Manufacturers have mushroomed and ready-mixed concrete has received a wide range of applications. However, ensuring the quality of concrete is one of the key factors in reducing accidents, loss of property, and casualties. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the quality control of ready-mixed concrete production.
