建立一种可同时测定工作场所空气中联苯和苯醚的方法。空气中的联苯和联苯醚用活性炭管采集、解吸后,经毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰检测器检测。当标准溶液浓度为1.0~30.0μg/ml时,联苯和苯醚的标准曲线线性方程分别为y=1.4x-0.8(r=0.9996)和y=1.6x-2.2(r=0.9998),检出限均为1.0μg/ml,最低检测浓度均为0.3mg/m3(采样体积为3L),总平均加标回收率分别为91.5%和92.3%;相对标准偏差分别为3.5%~4.8%和2.7%~4.6%。通过样品测试证明,该方法避免了联苯和苯醚共存时互相影响测定结果的不足,既实现了两种物质的分离,又保证了样品测定的效率,获得了比较满意的效果。
To establish a method for simultaneous determination of biphenyl and phenyl ether in the air of the workplace. Biphenyl and diphenyl ether in the air were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed, and separated by capillary column, detected by hydrogen flame detector. The standard curve linear equations of biphenyl and phenyl ether were y = 1.4x-0.8 (r = 0.9996) and y = 1.6x-2.2 (r = 0.9998) when the concentration of standard solution was 1.0 ~ 30.0μg / The limits of detection were all 1.0μg / ml. The minimum detection concentration was 0.3mg / m3 (sampling volume was 3L). The average recoveries were 91.5% and 92.3% respectively. The relative standard deviations were 3.5% -4.8% and 2.7% ~ 4.6%. The sample test proves that this method can avoid the shortcomings of biphenyl and phenylene ether from interfering with each other when they coexist, which not only realizes the separation of the two substances, but also ensures the efficiency of sample determination and obtains satisfactory results.
