死因统计资料是最重要的流行病学资料之一,同时也是卫生政策制订的信息支持,但目前死因登记资料也存在覆盖面小和准确性低等不足,死因推断是一种经济便捷的死因获取工具,本文从方法学角度详细介绍了死因推断的方法要求、具体程序和诊断方法,并分析了其诊断准确性的影响因素,为死因资料的收集工作提供了新思路、新方法。
The statistics of cause of death is one of the most important epidemiological data and information support for health policy formulation. However, the current death cause registration data also has the problems of small coverage and low accuracy, and the inference of cause of death is a convenient tool for obtaining the cause of death This paper introduces in detail the method requirements, specific procedures and diagnostic methods of inference of cause of death, analyzes the influencing factors of diagnostic accuracy, and provides new ideas and new methods for the collection of cause information.
