随着老化,正常晶体的密度和厚度均有改变。研究和证实这些与年龄相关的变化,使之与病理改变区分开来很重要。目前在较广的年龄范围内,这些变化尚无定量证据。作者用Scheimpflug图象的密度纵剖图这一新的图象分析技术,对正常眼晶体的密度、厚度和前房深度的变化进行研究,然后与年龄增长作相关分析。这些数据可作为推算白内障晶体随时间推移发生定量变化的依据。
With aging, the density and thickness of normal crystals change. It is important to study and confirm these age-related changes that distinguish them from pathological changes. At present, there is no quantitative evidence of these changes in the broader age range. Using a new longitudinal image of the Scheimpflug image, the authors studied the changes in density, thickness, and depth of the anterior chamber of a normal eye using a new image analysis technique and then correlated with age. These data can be used as a basis for estimating the quantitative changes in cataract crystals over time.
