辽河原油逐年来酸值增高、密度变大、含盐和含硫量有所增加，常减压塔顶冷凝冷却系统的“ＨＣＩ－Ｈ_２Ｓ－Ｈ_２Ｏ”腐蚀日趋严重。加工辽河原油低温段高效缓蚀剂 ＩＭＣ－９７－Ｃ和 ＩＭＣ－９７－Ｑ，在蒸馏现场腐蚀模拟器进行了评价试验，取得了优良的缓蚀效果。
The Liaohe crude oil increases its acid value year by year, its density becomes larger, its salt content and sulfur content increase, and the corrosion of “HCI-H 2 S-H 2 O” in the condensation tower cooling system becomes more and more serious. IMC-97-C and IMC-97-Q, which are high-temperature corrosion inhibitors of low temperature crude oil in Liaohe crude oil, were processed in the distillation site corrosion simulator. The corrosion inhibition effect was achieved.
