随着高等教育规模的不断发展扩大,就业形势严峻已成为高职院校发展的瓶颈,如何缓解就业带来的压力,已成为各高职院校面临的紧迫问题。“创业带动就业”是当今许多学校的办学理念,创业素养是整个创业过程中最为基础的因素,只有通过各种途径的培养,才能全方位地提高学生创业意识和创业能力。本文针对目前的就业状况,提出在高职院校开展创业素养培养的必要性和可行性,并就创业素养培养的实践提供了多方位的思路。
With the constant development and expansion of the scale of higher education, the employment situation has become a bottleneck in the development of higher vocational colleges. How to ease the pressure brought by employment has become an urgent issue for all higher vocational colleges. “Entrepreneurship and Employment” is the concept of running a school in many schools today. Entrepreneurial accomplishment is the most basic factor in the entire entrepreneurial process. Only through various ways of training can we improve the entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability in all aspects. In view of the current employment situation, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of developing entrepreneurial accomplishment in higher vocational colleges and provides a multi-faceted thinking on the practice of entrepreneurial accomplishment cultivation.
