8月26日,“文昌十大美食、十大小吃”评选活动初赛开赛。此次美食评选活动将选出文昌百姓心目中最具代表性、最受欢迎的文昌特色美食、特色小吃。本次活动以“大众、美味、健康、创新”为主题,深入挖掘文昌地方特色膳食文化,推出一批富有文昌地方特色的菜肴佳品,为文昌的餐饮企业和烹饪人才提供一个竞技舞台,打造文昌特色美食之乡和地方饮食文化品牌。这对于深化文昌全域旅游示范区产业融合,展现更具魅力的文昌城市形象,促进文昌旅游业全面发展起着良好的促进作用。
