根据《全国质量管理工作座谈会》的精神,在“八五”期间,我国企业质量管理工作的重点,是加快贯彻执行GB/T10300系列标准。为此,农业部质量标准司于1992年3月初在北京举办了为期10天的贯标学习研讨班,参加学习的有各级企业的主管部门负责质量管理工作的同志和试点贯标企业的负责人等近70人。农业部水产系统参加这次学习班的有农业部水产司,山东、浙江、福建、广东、大连水产局(厅),中国水产联合总公司、国家渔机质检中心,渔机行业协会,福建渔轮厂,大连,舟山海洋渔业公司和烟台海藻工业公司。这次学习,是由农业部质量标准司质量管理处组办,部质量标准司徐司长和宋副司长也到会并作
