南华民族中学本着“走勤工俭学之路,办特色学校”的目标,立足于校园建设发展勤工俭学,着眼于学生健康打造满意食堂,实现了教育与劳动相结合育人的双重效益。一、政府支持是基础,整合资源是关键南华县委、县政府向来重视勤工俭学工作,把勤工俭学作为推进教育改革、发展教育事业的大事来抓,在筹建学校征用土地之初就考虑到勤工俭学基地建设,留有一定的勤工俭学基地。县委、县政府多方筹资先后共投入45万元用于学校勤工俭学基地建设。在县国土资源局的帮助下修建了水井、水池、沼气池等设施,目前学校有勤工俭学基地24亩,猪圈10间,形成种植、养殖、沼气利用的良性生态循环系统。县科技局
