在水轮机轴套摩擦磨损专用试验台上,对4组不同的摩擦副进行了深加极压添加剂前后,摩擦副摩擦磨损性能 的对比试验.结果表明,摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能均有显著改善,提高了相应密封件的密封性能,且不会对水轮机操作机构的反馈参数产生不利影响。
On the special test bench for the friction and wear of the hydraulic turbine bushing, the friction and wear performance of the friction pair was tested before and after the deep plus extreme pressure additive on four different friction pairs. The results show that the friction and wear properties of the friction pair are significantly improved, the sealing performance of the corresponding seal is improved, and the feedback parameters of the turbine operating mechanism are not adversely affected.
