目的制备植物油的微乳液,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定植物油中的铅。方法植物油、正丙醇与硝酸三种液体形成微乳液,石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅含量。结果本方法在铅浓度为3~40μg/L的范围具有良好的相关系数(r=0.9996),RSD为4.5%~6.9%,回收率范围90.7%~94.5%。结论该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,回收率好,适用于植物油中铅的测定。
Objective To prepare microemulsion of vegetable oil and determine the lead in vegetable oil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Microemulsion was formed by three kinds of liquids, vegetable oil, n-propanol and nitric acid. The content of lead was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The method showed a good correlation coefficient (r = 0.9996) in the range of 3 ~ 40μg / L, RSD 4.5% ~ 6.9% and recovery range 90.7% ~ 94.5%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, high sensitivity, good recovery, suitable for the determination of lead in vegetable oil.
