当前,认真学习和贯彻《中共中央关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》,是教育工作者的一项重要任务。研究如何改进和加强小学思想品德教育工作,也必须以《决议》精神为指导。这个《决议》,是新的历史时期加强我国社会主义精神文明建设的纲领性文献。《决议》把马克思主义基本原理和中国当前的实际情况结合起来,总结了十一届三中全会以来精神文明建设的经验,也总结了我们多年来精神文明建设正反两方面的经验,内容很丰富,有不少新的概括,新的提法,需要我们联系自己的思想和工作,认真学习,深刻领会,提高认识,包括纠正自己头脑中不符合《决议》精神的认识,以便把我们的思想统一到中央的《决议》精神上来。
