应用一阶导数阈值法进行心电QRS波及动脉收据压波峰检测,通过更新不同数据段导数阈值的方法,克服了心电基线漂移、肌电等噪声干扰对QRS波检测的影响。在此基础上,根据间期序列转换方法获取了心率变异性(HRV)与动脉收缩压变异性(SBPV)信号。对偶发性心律不齐对HRV谱估计影响的研究结果表明:偶发性心律不齐形成HRV信号的奇异点会使谱估计结果产生严重畸变,进行HRV信号谱估计时,必须去除HRV信号包含的奇异点,以保证得到较真实的谱估计结果。
First-order derivative threshold method was used to detect ECG QRS wave and arterial receipt pressure wave peak. By updating the derivative threshold of different data segments, the influence of baseline ECG noise and EMG noise on QRS wave detection was overcome. On this basis, heart rate variability (HRV) and arterial systolic pressure variability (SBPV) signals were obtained according to the interphase sequence conversion method. The results of the research on the impact of sporadic arrhythmia on the HRV spectrum estimation show that the singularity of the HRV signal caused by sporadic arrhythmia can cause severe distortion of the spectrum estimation result. When the HRV signal spectrum is estimated, the singularities contained in the HRV signal must be removed Point to ensure more realistic spectral estimation results.
