目前国内的煤矿冻结站具有自动化程度低下,能耗过高,数据采集率低下,设备不易维护,无远程监控能力等缺点。为了克服这些缺点,我们设计了一套变频控制数据采集综合平台。该平台不仅能够提高生产自动化水平,还能显著降低能耗,并能够记录各种环境下的运行参数,形成经验数据,以便指导生产。对于矿建单位有着显著的经济效益。
At present, coal mine freezing stations in China have the disadvantages of low degree of automation, high energy consumption, low data collection rate, difficult maintenance of equipment, and lack of remote monitoring capability. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we designed a set of frequency conversion control data acquisition integrated platform. The platform can not only improve the level of production automation, but also significantly reduce energy consumption, and can record operating parameters in various environments, the formation of empirical data to guide the production.
