目前高校图书馆的期刊工作存在着购买经费不足,利用率较低与相应服务人员管理素质需进一步提高等问题,因此为了使图书馆期刊工作能有良性的转变与更好的为教学科研服务,就必须顺应时代趋势,根据现有状况对期刊的开发与利用进行透彻的审视与大胆的创新探索,最终有效的促进高校图书馆的发展。
At present, there are some problems in the periodicals of university library, such as the lack of purchase funds, the low utilization rate and the further improvement of the management quality of the corresponding service personnel. Therefore, in order to make the library periodicals work benignly and better serve the teaching and scientific research, We must follow the trend of the times, conduct a thorough examination and bold exploration of the development and utilization of the periodicals according to the current situation, and ultimately promote the development of the university library effectively.
