详细研究了光子晶体光纤长周期光栅(LPG-PCF)的应力和温度特性,利用成功制作的温度不敏感PCF-LPG,实现了两种结构简单光纤传感器。在温度不敏感应力传感器中,PCF-LPG作为温度不敏感的应力传感头,当以波长为1 553 nm的分布反馈(DFB)激光器为入射光源、用分辨率为0.001 dB的光功率计测量时,PCF-LPG传感器应力分辨率可达0.3με。在基于PCF-LPG解调的光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器中,FBG为温度传感头,PCF-LPG作为温度稳定的解调仪,传感器的灵敏度可达-0.016 5 dB/℃。
The stress and temperature characteristics of photonic crystal fiber long period grating (LPG-PCF) are studied in detail. Two kinds of simple optical fiber sensors are realized by the temperature insensitive PCF-LPG. In temperature-insensitive stress sensors, PCF-LPG is used as a temperature-insensitive stress-sensing head. When a DFB laser with a wavelength of 1 553 nm is used as the incident light source and measured with an optical power meter with a resolution of 0.001 dB PCF-LPG sensor stress resolution up to 0.3με. In PCF-LPG demodulated fiber Bragg grating (FBG) temperature sensors, FBG temperature sensor head, PCF-LPG as a temperature-stable demodulator, the sensitivity of the sensor up to -0.016 5 dB / ℃.
