目的评价镇江市某高技术纤维公司职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查方法,识别该项目存在的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价采取的防护措施是否可行。结果 5个丙烯腈检测点的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)及时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)均低于0.4 mg/m3;11个噪声检测点中有10个合格,1个不合格为92.4 d B(A);7个高温检测点中6个合格,1个不合格为35.6℃。结论该公司在职业卫生管理方面基本符合国家法律法规及职业卫生标准要求,采取的职业病危害防护设施可行。
Objective To evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards in a high-tech fiber company in Zhenjiang and its effects. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational health examination and occupational health examination methods were adopted to identify the occupational hazards that existed in the project, analyze the degree of harm and evaluate whether the protective measures are feasible. Results The CSTEL and the time-weighted average concentration (CTWA) of the 5 acrylonitrile test sites were less than 0.4 mg / m 3. Of the 11 noise test sites, 10 were eligible and 1 failed to 92.4 d B (A). Six of the seven high temperature test points passed the test and one failed at 35.6 ° C. Conclusion The company basically meets the requirements of national laws and regulations and occupational health standards in occupational health management. The occupational disease hazard protection facilities are feasible.
