报告３１例肺部病灶超声引导下经胸水肺穿刺活检。恶性肿瘤细胞学阳性率９２．９％（２６／２８），假阴性７．１％（２／２８）。３例良性病变的诊断特异性为１００％，总的准确率为９３．５％。经胸水肺穿刺开辟了针吸活检的新途径。文中重点讨论了其诊断价值及应用体会。
Report of 31 cases of lung lesions under the guidance of ultrasound-guided transbronchial puncture biopsy. The positive rates of malignant cytology were 92.9% (26/28) and false negatives were 7.1% (2/28). Three cases of benign lesions diagnostic specificity of 100%, the overall accuracy of 93.5%. Transbronchial puncture opened up a new way of needle aspiration biopsy. The article focuses on the diagnostic value and application experience.
