为探讨三硝基甲苯(TNT)及其光化物致氧化性损害的异同。采用体外红细胞孵育方法,观察了TNT及其光化物对红细胞蛋白质结合巯基、非蛋白质巯基、二硫键及高铁血红蛋白含量的影响。结果显示TNT光化物可直接引起红细胞非蛋白质巯基含量减少及蛋白质结合巯基、二键和高铁血红蛋白含量的增高,其差异具有统计学显著意义(P<005)。
To investigate the similarities and differences between trinitrotoluene (TNT) and its photochemical oxidative damage. The effects of TNT and its actinic compounds on the protein binding of erythrocyte protein sulfhydryl, non-protein sulfhydryl, disulfide bond and methemoglobin were observed by in vitro red blood cell incubation. The results showed that TNT photochemicals could directly cause the decrease of non-protein sulfhydryl content of erythrocytes and the increase of protein-bound sulfhydryl, secondary bonds and methemoglobin, with a statistically significant difference (P <005).
