每个人每一天都会很忙,但是大家千万得记住,再忙也得注意自己的健康。下向来看看一天中再忙也得做的8件事:1、吃一顿营养的早餐早餐是激活一天脑力的燃料,不能不吃。许多研究都指出,吃一顿优质的早餐可以让人在早晨思考敏锐,反应灵活,并提高学习和工作效率。研究也发现,有吃早餐习惯的人比较不容易发胖,记忆力也比较好。
