幼儿园管理的基本单位是班级,班级管理对于幼儿的成长发展起到重要的影响作用。教师在管理幼儿班级的过程中,要根据幼儿的身心发展规律与个性差异,采取科学合理的管理策略,鼓励幼儿主动学习、体验生活,促进幼儿健康快乐的成长。本文主要分析了当前幼儿园班级管理的现状及存在的问题,并总结了提升幼儿园班级管理质量的几点优化措施。
Kindergarten management is the basic unit of class, class management for the growth and development of children play an important role. Teachers in the management of kindergarten class process, according to physical and mental development of children’s laws and personality differences, adopt a scientific and rational management strategies to encourage young children to take the initiative to learn, experience life, and promote the healthy and happy growth of young children. This paper mainly analyzes the current status and existing problems of kindergarten class management and summarizes some optimization measures to improve kindergarten class management quality.
