目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病早期肾病的疗效。方法将65例糖尿病早期肾病的患者随机分为治疗组(应用复方丹参滴丸及缬沙坦)及对照组(应用缬沙坦),观察6个月,比较治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率的变化。结果治疗组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率较对照组治疗后有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸与缬沙坦联合治疗糖尿病早期肾病的效果明显优于单用缬沙坦治疗。
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty-five patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with compound Danshen dripping pills and valsartan) and control group (valsartan applied) for 6 months. The changes of urinary albumin excretion rate before and after treatment were compared . Results After treatment, the urinary albumin excretion rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of compound Danshen dripping pills and valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is better than valsartan alone.
