事业单位管理体制是在计划经济时期逐步建立并发展起来的,事业单位的组织与管理体制具有典型的计划特征。事业中的各类活动所需的各种经费都来源于政府拨款,因此作为我国事业单位中不可或缺的财务管理工作中的预算管理就显得十分重要。随着事业单位改革的不断深化和发展,地质事业单位预算管理也得到了不断的完善,笔者在此就地质事业单位预算管理中的一些问题提出相应的对策[1]。
Institutional management system is gradually established during the planned economy and developed, institutions and management system has a typical planning features. All kinds of funds needed for various activities in the enterprise come from government appropriation, so it is very important to manage the budget as indispensable financial management in our country. With the continuous deepening and development of the reform of public institutions, the budget management of geological institutions has been continuously improved. I hereby put forward corresponding countermeasures for some problems in the budget management of geological institutions [1].
