人工流产手术在我国仍是计划生育中一种不可缺少的措施之一,每年总有大量的妇女作人流手术。然而有不少妇女,经人流后往往出现月经失调现象,其中部分妇女发生闭经。经研究表明,闭经者有以下几个原因: 一、再次怀孕:人流后月经恢复的平均时间为34天左右,半数人22天内恢复排卵,76％的人在6周内恢复排卵。有些妇女经人流后,因未采取避孕措施以致很快再次妊娠,如果人流后闭经又有早孕反应,应作妇科检查及小便妊娠试验,可以很快作出诊断。二、卵巢早衰:此症多见于31岁以上的妇女,正常妇
